Editor In Chief
Hannah Rogers
Hannah Rogers is a senior double majoring in English and communication with an emphasis in journalism. Although on the surface, she may seem like a Charles Dickens-reading cat-lover, on the inside, she really loves Charles Dickens and cats. When she isn't cracking Harry Potter jokes no one understands or attempting to convert the staff to the greatness of Shakespeare, she's probably covering a story for the newspaper. Because, you know, that's actually her job.

She is a member of the Student Broadcasting Association, Alpha Lambda Delta, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Shackoul's Honors College. She interns at WCBI, as well as the Media Collaboration Laboratory of the Social Science Research Center.
Soft kittens appeal to her sweet nature. She finds magicians/wizards both fascinating and intriguing. Spiders terrify her with the creepy way they just seem to disappear the very moment you blink your eyes.
Candace enjoys the taste of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and the smell of dryer sheets. However, she hopes everyone is aware of the significant risks that come from a dirty lint filter. Dryer fires are a real problem in this country.
Copy Editor
Rachel Burke
Rachel Burke is a senior studying nutrition from Grenada, Mississippi. Besides being a copy editor at The Reflector, she has spent her college career as a piccolo player for the Famous Maroon Band and as a squad leader for the last three of those years. Additionally, she is principal flute in the university’s wind ensemble and plays for the flute ensemble. Time in between these commitments is split balancing exercise with all the food she eats, working at Bulldog Deli, and going to class. Her home is in the kitchen with a dog at her feet. A few of her other favorite things include quilts, Fleetwood Mac, tree tunnels, good smells, and Mississippi State University. Rachel often speaks of herself in the third person, so writing her own biography feels quite natural. Some would say she laughs at everything. She is a simple one, bless her heart.
