I hope Stansbury isn't encouraging our players to leave for the NBA.

Sure, I want us to win as much as the next guy, but we have bigger reasons to keep these kids around.

While he may have come to MSU to play basketball, Gordon was also earning a degree. All of MSU's faculty & staff should be encouraging students (even those who play sports or already have good jobs) to complete their education. That "should" be the reason why we are all here (I know it doesn't always work out that way).

Regardless of what other issues may exist between him and the players, they should work it out. That's part of the coaches' job.

God Forbid, he becomes unable to play basketball anymore he will wish he had finished his last semesters of school.
